After many investment clients stressed the need for a top-notch professional management team for their properties, and knowing the quality of service the Andrews name represented, Andrews & Associates Property Management, Inc. was founded. Andrews and his ‘right hand’, Kimberly Kay, joined together to create one of the most knowledgeable and well-educated property management teams in the area. Striving for perfection, the property management team continues to educate themselves by attending seminars, trainings and special classes to keep up to date on the latest legal issues and more concerning properties issues in Florida. As a Certified Property Management Specialist, Kimberly oversees all aspects of the Property Management Division and the properties under their care.
